About Fleet Support Coordinator
As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you will learn how to make an impact as a Fleet Manager. Our comprehensive training program will teach you how to lead a team of professional over-the-road drivers and optimize performance across key business metrics: Safety, Service, Revenue, and Retention. You will work closely with our experienced Fleet Managers, gaining hands-on experience in managing a successful fleet of drivers.
Throughout your training, you will provide essential support by conducting driver status checks, communicating any ETA updates, reading and responding to driver messages, coordinating safety-related tasks, and arranging maintenance events. Upon mastering this role, you will be promoted to Fleet Manager, where you will independently oversee a dedicated fleet of 35-45 drivers. This role offers a highly rewarding experience with both personal and professional growth opportunities.
