Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coach and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure exceptional on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability.
Build strong relationships with drivers to enhance performance and promote retention.
Communicate customer requirements to drivers through clear dispatch instructions.
Review and approve driver pay-related matters.
Identify and implement strategies to generate revenue and increase profitability.
Ensure compliance with driver and transportation safety procedures.
Assist with local advertising initiatives, including fleet branding.

Optimize equipment utilization and driver compensation.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer, driver, and company goals, including safety initiatives.
Conduct on-site safety audits for drivers.
Manage a diverse fleet, including tractors, trailers, box trucks, and vans.
Travel as required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a related field required
- Previous management or coaching experience required
- Effective communication skills are needed
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Class A CDL a plus
